About the Role
Join Arzana as a Founding Engineer and help build the Office Execution System that's transforming how manufacturers and distributors operate. You'll work directly with the founding team to architect, build, and scale our AI-powered automation platform.
What You'll Do
- Build and scale our core automation platform
- Design and implement AI/ML features for document processing and workflow automation
- Integrate with ERPs, CRMs, and other enterprise systems
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and iterate quickly
- Shape the technical direction and culture of a growing engineering team
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong backend development skills (Python, Node.js, or similar)
- Experience with AI/ML, particularly NLP or document processing
- Ability to move fast and ship quality code in a startup environment
- Passion for manufacturing and industrial technology
